Bear Mountain

Bear Mountain, New York. This has been reliable haunt for fall foliage pictures for many years for me. Too many prepositions, I know. But it has a sort of lilt. Global warming? Well, for the first time, it was disappointing. Some trees had lost their leaves, some were completely green, and the rest had flat color. I gunned up the saturation but really didn’t see much. Details, reflections and so forth got some images. Otherwise the best event was the bridal party on top of the mountain, in a stiff cold breeze, taking images. I shot from the side and got some great images. If the couple finds me I would be happy to donate the images. Meanwhile I have involuntarily added to my wedding portfolio. Anyone?
