Sandwich Shop

Around the corner from the grocery in the Danube mall is this tiny ‘sandwich shop.’ It’s pretty much defined by an open vertical grill for meat or chicken. It’s all dry and not spicy. The spice or moisture is in the mayonnaise which is heavily spread accompanied by a sour pickle tucked inside. I have to say that it is the equivalent of a fast food hamburger. And yes, it’s very inexpensive. Note: it’s a Pepsi place.

I have to say that this cat was an unexpected finding outside a sandwich shop. It was prayer time and the cat lay at the door stretched out in rigor mortis, perhaps killed by the door. I was horrified until it roused. Cats around here are very skittish so I was surprised at the lethargy here.
