Am I in a hotel?

The lobby is marble tile intricately patterned and precisely laid. I have come to appreciate the craftsman ship. This was a first class construction crew. It has a soaring ceiling. The centerpiece is the window looking out upon the garden. To the right of the entrance is a men’s waiting area and the women wait to the left. It could easily be a hotel because there are luggage carts handled by uniformed employees. In some of the hospital literature and during employee orientation, patients are referred to as customers.
